Ray's Electric, a General Engineering and Electrical Contractor is proud to announce that on October 6, 2022 they transferred all shares to an employee stock ownership plan. Greg Gruendl who has been the principal owner since 1989 has decided to retire and wanted to become an ESOP to allow the long tenured employees to maintain and uphold the standard set forth at Ray's Electric since 1961. Greg Gruendl will continue as president of the company until the end of 2024 at which point he will pass the torch to the employee stock owners who will continue the flourishing, thriving and good fortune that has been left in their responsibility.
